Multiview layout with 12 small and 1 large pictures

It would be nice if there was a new layout for a multiview added that would have
a single large picture for the program and 12 small pictures for the input.
So swapping the large preview for 4 more inputs.

I've managed to get this working with Blank inputs and layers in them. The first idea would be to create this whole multiview in a single input, but there are only 10 layers available and this needs 13. So I've created 4 blank inputs A,B,C and D. - A,B,C then each has 4 layers in 2x2 configuration. You can choose 12 different inputs you want and put them into these.
- The D input is also 2x2 configuration. In this one, use one layer for the program monitor and the other three layers for inputs A,B,C.
I haven't created labels yet but that shouldn't be difficult.
