FR - Do not stretch picture when changing size for recording

Currently, when I change the size for recording, the aspect ratio changes and the picture is stretched.

The FR is - add an option to:
  • Lock aspect ratio, so the picture is not stretched
  • Fill width / Fill height. Any overflowing pixels will be cropped. Any unused space will be black.
