Hi everyone! I have a JVC CONNECTED CAM STUDI setup with its Control Surface. I’m facing an issue with how the JVC control surface handles inputs above input 12. Most of my shortcuts are programmed on the Stream Deck. During our broadcasts, when I play an input on the Stream Deck that’s above input 12, the control surface shifts its broom to that number as well. This causes the director to turn off the “shift” button on the control surface to go back to inputs below 12. Is there a way to disable the surface from shifting above inputs 12, which I never use the console for? This way, the director won’t accidentally select the wrong input since the shift is on. I’ve tried disabling the surface shortcuts in the settings, but the problem is that it also disables all the input selections on the Stream Deck. I can’t even select the inputs above 12 since it’s disabled. Additionally, the shift is always present, but I can’t select it on the console. I want to disable the console settings to prevent the shift from occurring, which would reduce the chances of accidental input selection during live events.

Thanks!
