Hello !

I'm a french guy and first I want to say thank you for making this software, this is exactly what I was looking for... :)

I bought a Blackmagic Intensity PRO card in order to capture the HDMI input of a camera (CAMSPORTS HD Max Extrem). The streaming output is 1080p25 and it doesn't work fine with the DirectShow interface (with BM MediaExpress it works fine).
My Question is what is used by vMix for capture : DirectShow or the BlackMagic API ?

If someone has the answer, thanks ;)

PS : sorry for my english level...

Hi,

vMix uses DirectShow but it has been modified so you shouldn't have any issues.

Regards,

Hi,

This day I tried with another camera (JVC Full HD), it provides a HDMI video&audio at 1080i50 and it works well with vMix. This is really the 1080p25 mode who has a bug/problem.
I'm on Windows 7 64bits with Desktop Video v9.1

I think I will just buy a new camera with the output at 1080i50.
