Allow for per-frame IN/OUT points on playback inputs. - Current IN/OUT point selection is very rough and not per-frame accurate.

There are many frustrations I have with the IN/OUT selector for playbacks, but the most infuriating is that I can't select a frame-specific point for in or out. Please consider adding per-frame IN/OUT point selection.javascript:__doPostBack('forum$ctl03$PostReply','')
