I have just updated to vMix 27 - Previously I was running 24 and all was working ok. I have 27 on another server and it is fine. But on this server I am just getting blue squares all over vMix and cant add any inputs or do anything. I have up to date drivers, have re installed the software multiple times and restarted the server. Still getting the same issue - I couldn't find any reports of it on here so thought id reach out - anyone have a similar issue and know how to fix it? See attachment. vMix blue.png (142kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

Hi, This usually means the Graphics Card in the system is not active, which can happen if it is not connected to an active display. This is required for the GPU to work properly and any parts of vMix rendered on the GPU will appear blue as a result. If it is a virtual server, the correct drivers and display needs to configured a certain way, such as the following for Amazon EC2. https://www.vmix.com/kno...azon-ec2--quick-overviewIf it is a physical server, ensure a display is connected and ensure Windows is working on that display before attempting to login via TeamViewer or other remote access software. Regards, Martin vMix
