Canon 60D Showing White Screen in vMix

Hey everyone, I'm trying to connect my Canon 60D to vMix using HDMI and a capture card, but I'm only getting a white screen. I have searched online for solutions but not found anything that works. I suspect the capture card might be the issue, but it worked fine with another camera recently. I really need this set up, so Im feeling a bit stuck. White Screen Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
