Sorry for the bad English, I use google translator..

I have to do live video broadcasts,using PAL 50i 720x576 Widescreen as output I attached an image, and if you notice in preview the image is good, in program it degrades Senza-titolo-1.jpg (46kb) downloaded 15 time(s).

Try change your preset at 1080 50i and then only the stream settings to 720*576.
