I updated the firmware on my board. Now I’m not receiving audio from the usb interface. I have updated the drivers in the computer but can’t get audio at all. The computer recognizes the SQ7 but no sound is being transferred.

Which board? Sound board? Motherboard?
What's a SQ7?
What is your USB interface? A sound board or mixer?
Does Windows Sound Control Panel show any audio on the Recording tab?

It’s an Allen& Heath SQ7. Thanks for your reply. I figured it out. The board was set to record to a usb stick. I switched it and that was the problem. I appreciate you trying to help
