For the same reason that the telestrator supports adding images (presumably so the operator doesn't have to switch tabs or click between that window & the main production), it'd help to be able to have a basic text titler with a simple default font included as well.

For those who need more control over the font, etc., they can always do it the normal way with the standard titling tools.

But for those who are going to be using the telestrator and want something quick and simple, I think it'd be beneficial to have a basic text tool that allows bypassing the title inputs, just as the image addition allows for bypassing an image input, when working within the telestrator.
