SetVolumeFade does not work

Hi, I'm trying to setup a stream but for some reason my triggers literally stopped working. Some of them work every time, some most of times and few audio related ones don't work at all. I can find an alternative to all of those but my SetVolumeFade literally does not work on few scenes. This is the setup:
On Transition In > SetVolumeFade > MUSIC_background > 500 (duration) > 0 (delay) > 30,2000 (value) > 1 (mix)
Same thing for transition out, but it's 0,0 (value)
It does nothing for background music, other music (on other inputs and triggers), mixer. All the faders are static. Auto Audio Mixing is off, I've checked every input I have if there are some triggers that shouldn't be there, everything seems fine.
Please let me know if I can provide more info and thank you!

You have to set the background music to a specific input, e.g. 'player , you set the trigger for that player. you do not set the trigger on the MUSIC_Background.....and for transition out, it should read, 0,2000, same duration as transition in, or if you need it to fade faster, you change the value t 1500, 1000.... the second value shows the speed of the fade out....and as I said earlier, the trigger must be set to the input that yu need the music for, NOT to the music.

I'm sorry if I didn't explain it well enough. The trigger I wrote above is on the scene where I need the background music playing. Background music is a looped list by the way.
I did not make a trigger on a music list, but on an input (blank with some graphics) where I need that music to play.

I think I see your issue.... add another trigger to the input, but this time, set 'PLAY' instead of 'SetVolumeFade for function.... and for out, set Function as 'Pause' ... think that is your issue ... You need to tell the Background music to play or it will not. Try this ...I use this on one of my inputs
On Transition In > Play> MUSIC_background > 500 (duration) > 0 (delay) > > 1 (mix)
On Transition In > SetVolumeFade > MUSIC_background > 500 (duration) > 0 (delay) > 30,2000 (value) > 1 (mix)
On Transition Out > SetVolumeFade > MUSIC_background > 500 (duration) > 0 (delay) > 0,2000 (value) > 1 (mix)
On Transition Out > Pause > MUSIC_background > 500 (duration) >3000 (delay)
Or, you can make a simple Script, and have a keyboard shortcut assigned to that video and the script will run the audio as well ... I have many I use in my productions
