I have rodecaster pro multichannel going to Dante via and then into vmix via a usb cable

What happens is the audio sounds great and everything works and then at a random intervals between 3 min and 1.5 hours (typically at around 1 hour) the audio from the rodecaster will disappear from all applications for a minute or two. Then the audio comes back to vmix sounding distorted at first but then back to normal shortly after. And the headphones lose audio until you restart the computer or mess with the system sound inputs.

After several days of working on it, it is still absolutely a mystery as to the cause.

Here’s everything we've tried so far:

-Switched to another rodecaster
-Changed usb cables and ports
-Updated the usb drivers
-Reinstalled the usb drivers
-Installed a new audio driver
-Reinstalled windows
-Reinstalled all of the programs involved in the system
-Tested vmix without the preset template
-Tested without other applications running (just vmix and rodecaster)
-Turned off power saving features to the usb ports
-Sent error reports to vmix and rodecaster support teams (so far they have just sent me stuff to do that I’ve already tried and they won’t get back again until Monday)
-Changed outlets to rodecaster and wiggled usb and power cables to see if they are loose
