On Friday, I upgraded my PTZOptics 20x NDI cameras from 30fps to 60fps @ 1080p. Using VMIX 27.0.8.81 x64, I switched the master frame rate to 60 fps and proceeded to stream a test to YouTube. Everything worked fine. Today, we started up vMix for church service and both of my cameras are black like the cameras are off or disconnected. Cameras are accessible via the web browser and NDI inputs in vmix show them. I've tried changing them to select the inputs without any success. I could change to low bandwidth and get a video stream. Everything is connected via Cat6 on a gigabit network. I checked NDI studio and it was unable to get video. Noticing it was version 5.x, I upgraded to 6.x.

I went into each camera's web console and renamed the NDI name: RearCamera and WestCamera. Rebooted each.
In NDI Tools, Access Manager I added each camera's respective IP.

vMix can see them as NDI inputs, but when I add I get no video.

It seems to be some sort of configuration issue, but I don't know what exactly.

Any ideas?

[UPDATE]

It seems that if I define the NDI external sources in NDI Access Manager that I can see them as input to vMix. However, there are two inputs for each camera. One that appears to be coming directly from the cameras and the other that is defined in the NDI Access Manager. One works and the other is black.

See screen shots of NDI access manager config and NDI config from one of the camera
