vMix Call to not require camera or mic

Some guests join vMix through a desktop computer that doesn't have a built in camera like a laptop. Rather than take them through the arduous process of creating a virtual camera on their system, I would like vMix Call to not require a camera or mic in order to view the video feed on the call.
The real world application here is to be able to turn a program feed from a remote production studio around to a computer on site that would feed a video board. Yes, the delay is a few seconds, but that's acceptable for our instance. Even without the need to feed a video board, we have people who also need to see a close to real time feed and wouldn't participate as normal guests.
Thanks for considering! Kevin

Yes, but without the ~30 second delay of the live stream, which is why WebRTC works well for this application. Sending a return feed adds another few seconds and we want to limit the delay as much as possible.

If you have an Nvidia 4060 or greeter you can try to stream using Av1 Codec with Youtube , latency should be less than a second.
