When you have a multi-language hybrid event you have to use interpreters and vmix call so interpreter 1 use vMix call 1 (and streaming it on M) and interpreter 2 use vMix call 2 (and streaming it on A).
Problem: if you have an hybrid event (with people physically present in the room) you could ask them to connecct to the streamed event but they will have a delay
Possibile solution: people physically present in the room could access to vmix call 1 and vmix call 2 as listeners

The solution is to use a multi channel audio interface that you use as audio output interface per bus. M=Ch1, A=Ch2 and so on. This way you can distribute the audio to your liking. An IEM system or some personal mixers are just a few options. Additionally you could extend the audio options with the lama products (lama-mixer, lama-connect) in case you wanna stay in software.

Thanks mavik for your answer. I don't know if it resolves the problem because interpreters using vMix call are connected remotely, while the audience is not only connected remotely but also physically present at the venue.
I would like the audience to hear the interpreters in real-time, without any delay caused by streaming.

True, I recommend a visitor guidance system for people in need of an interpreter language. The vMixCalls can be used by the intergreters and the output (make use of the busses) routed to a multichannel IO device. That devices feeds the visitor guidance system with the different languages. A vMixCall can only be used by a single person. It is not possible to make a conference. You could also get away with different conference software like MS Teams, Zoom, ... and create a room for each language that the audience is able to connect from their personal device to. But that requires a strong Wifi distribution and opens other problems.
