Hello everyone,
I'm consulting with a client that wanted me help setting up vMix for their livestream. We set up the Instant Replay and it has been working well, but recently the export menu just stopped appearing when trying to export clips. I can't get this to replicate on my end and I have no clue what to do to fix it.

Has anyone else run into this? Any tips for troubleshooting?

i seem to remember that if you changed the tv default from the default you selected when you created the replay, the export menu disappears.
solution, delete replay input, delete replay folder, create replay again, then it should be possible to export again.
at least that was the case for me

Thanks, this is definitely the fix for it - just close it out and create a new one. I didn't have to delete the files themselves.

I'm still unclear on what is actually causing this. Can you elaborate so I can tell them what to avoid doing?

try setting the tv framerate of your project to a different one than the one you used to create your reply input and see when the export menu disappears. you will find out.
