Could you create a graph and log to document all issues encountered during streaming?

Include date stamps for packet loss incidents, and provide a timeline to track all issues.

This should cover all faults related to SRT, Vmix call, and RTMP.

Then displaying it in an easy-to-understand timeline.

Have you had a look at your logs? I believe most if not all of the information you're asking about is in the logs.
