Here's something I've noticed recently while using vMix as an AV presentation tool for an event.

Prior to the start of a recent event, I had a PowerPoint presentation of sponsors running in a loop. When the event started, I switched to other images, camera, and PowerPoint inputs with no issues. However, when I began to playback of a few videos, I kept getting flashes of the pre-show looping PowerPoint screens injecting themselves over my video. Once I realized what was going on, I scrolled over to that PowerPoint input module and pause it. Once I did that, i didn't have an issue anymore.

Not sure if this is a vMix issue or my laptop, an HP 17" Envy with an Intel graphics chip, which is not known to be the best graphic card out there.

Any thoughts?

This is a known issue on some Intel graphics devices.
The most recent driver on the Intel web site should solve it, but for some older devices there may not be an update available.
