HELP! Livestream audio died during Sunday service

Any help diagnosing would be appreciated! We have an x32 rack that we run our church live stream audio through, that gets output via USB to our vMix rig and is and input in vMix so we do the full mix on the x32 and then just send a stereo channel to vMix. This is worked super well for months HOWEVER, yesterday, during the service all of a sudden the input for the x32 went "offline" In vMix and no audio could be heard on the stream. Tried adding the input again kept getting an error message and can't seem to figure out why it won't come through on vMix anymore
I can see audio coming in to the computer on x32 edit so I know there's signal making it to the computer itself, but somewhere between there and vMix it doesn't work. Any ideas?
I tried updating the firmware on the mixer, making sure the computer was up to date, making sure vmix had the most up-to-date version, checking the drivers for the mixer, changing the sample rate, All kinds of things and I'm stumped!
