Since the SRT stream can be enabled/disabled via shortcuts or the api, I would like to have the same control for the NDI stream.

With the logic of the SRT streams, I would highly welcome the following shortcuts:
- StartNDIOutput (Value = Output)
- StartStopNDIOutput (Value = Output)
- StopNDIOutput (Value = Output)

My use cases range from mainly controlling vMix with a streamdeck over having an easy way to "restart" the NDI output in case it froze or stopped working to integrate vMix further into more complex systems running "headless" with no direct access to the menus.
