I am trying to capture screen of another computer (Winddows 11 / Full HD) using HD-60X and when using vmix I get sort of distorted / jagged image in both preview and recordings. When I preview / record using Elgato capture software this issue is not there. Already tried to capture another pc and tried using hd-60s and getting the same results. Running vmix on a Predator Helios Neo 16 and don't think I have a resource issue.

Please refer the attached screenshots.

Sounds like the resolution settings are too low. When you added the capture card as an input to vMix, it will prompt you what resolution to capture. Make sure it's set to something appropriate (1920x1080, for example).

Why an external capture card? That's just another object that can break when it's usually unnecessary.

Why aren't you using a capture program on that system to create an NDI output from that PC to the one running vMix? You get a capture program with vMix for exactly that but you can also get one in the NDI Tools package if you prefer a different source (and who better than the people who created NDI?).
