As the title suggested, is it any possible way to allow the bounding box of the text its size with animation when data changes?

I have tried some kind of way like use DataChangeIn and DataChangeOut but it's not working yet. Or is this the limitation of this tool?

My expected result is like this one below (not necessary 2 line like this, I just want to got lower third change its width like this.
