It seems that, for the moment, if all conditions aren't ideal, or if you must change a connection or connecting account, you might just not get your access to video sources in the Zoom Plugin. In testing from multiple machines/locations using various Zoom accounts, I managed to lose the ability to access video sources, and the EIC monitoring from inside the Zoom informed me that, although I had been granted "Ability to Record", and had accepted the related alert, my session was not, in fact, "recording".

Using other tools that have this functionality (namely ZoomISO), I've found it helpful to be able to Disable and Enable the record. Doing so will, on occasion, make all the stars align and allow the behavior one hopes for in such moments :).

Also, my history in US Navy aviation electronics taught me that, sometimes, you have a kick a thing to get it working.

PS: Is there a specific place to monitor for Zoom-related vMix updates/doc changes? I'm keen to keep an eye on that space
