When using the fader it always looks a little bit choppy.

It would be nice when clicking on the end of the fader groove, the fader smoothly moves to the end during clicking.

Just my take, but the slider you refer to is for manual transitions. If you want Automated, as my interpretation of your request, then you should use a button that performs a smooth automated transition.

What I mean is an 'auto'take that can be stopped.

If the SetFader shortcut had a delay function than it was usable as a full autotake.
