What is the best solution for captioning/subtitles? Free or Pay, local or in the cloud? I started looking for a solution and everything pointed me to webcaptioner.com, but that folded on 10/31/2023. Is there anything else out there that others have had good luck with? I am also concerned about picking a solution that doesn't last. I don't need to reinvent the wheel every couple of months.

is not cheap but works very well in my opinion.

Does rev.com work with live captioning? I guess I did not specify that is what I am trying to do. From the advertising on their website, it seems this service is more for subtitles after the fact.
