I cannot get my Kiloview E1 NDIHX encoder to be seen by vMix or Studio Monitor. I am on vMix version 27 and I loaded the most recent NDI tools, but there is no checkbox for installing the NDIHX driver. You cannot find just the NDIHX driver either. You can only download NDI Tools 5 and it should be in there but it doesn't seem to work. I can log into the encoder and see the camera. The resolution is correct and I have tried both HX1 and HX1. Neither shows up in either vMix or Studio monitor.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work?
