Getting Keynote into vMix using NDI on an M2 Mac

So, we were previously using vMix Desktop Capture on an old 2012 iMac to capture the output of Keynote (or, more correctly, the output from the Mac that was being fed to our projectors) and NDI it over to vMix. Worked perfectly.
But we upgraded this week to an M2 Pro Mac Mini, due to macOS and ProPresenter no longer being upgradeable on the iMac. Since Desktop Capture isn't available for Apple silicon, we're trying to use NDI Scan Converter instead.
But Scan Converter doesn't see the other output, and of course it's not possible to capture the Keynote output, as Keynote's presenter view goes fullscreen and won't let you get back to Scan Converter to use its menu.
Any ideas for a way to get Keynote across to vMix now?

We have the same problem with M1 MacBook Air. Any work arounds?
