Use case is to make it easier to create similar looking layers, and avoid designing the wrong layer.

First request is that on the Layer Designer window a new function "Copy/Paste" will affect the current Move/Crop/Border. Also, making a copy from the Position setting and then pasting in the Layer Designer will only paste to the current Move/Crop/Border.

Second request, change it so that layer selection also changes to the layer for which one is changing source.

For example, as with how it is works in 27.0.0.62.

1. Create a new Input.
   
2. Call up its Layer settings.
   
3. Set Layer1 to Input X and it becomes the selected layer and so indicated by a green marker.
   
4. Set Layer2 to Input Y, and selected layer is still Layer1.
   
   

My request is that in step 4 the selection shifts to Layer2.
