This has been working for me until today, I click on Join meeting, the meeting connects, and in the participant sources I can see the identities of of the 3 participants, but no audio or video feed shows up in Vmix. In addition, the Zoom feed on the other computers do not show that I am connected to the meeting.

In further testing, If I initiate the Zoom connection from Vmix, and then join with the Zoom Appliance, all works as it should. If I initiate with the Zoom appliance and try to join with Vmix, I can see the participants in the sources, but unable to get any audio or video from any of the sources that are outside of VMix.

Did you go through the troubleshooting page, in particular it's last two items?
