I've been testing vmix (latest version) in tandem with Magewell USB-HDMI and running into frame drops (in statistics panel) when I do anything other than stay in vmix - such as opening a browser tab - going to cnn.com etc. When I go to a website and then go back the frame drops have increased. this is perplexing as I'm running this at lower resolutions on multiple test computers.

I'm running the basic version of vmix (thus SD only) and notice this in difference resolutions I'm streaming at - 768x432, 640x360 and so forth. Has anyone else run into this issue on this capture device in tandem with vmix? I ran the firmware update but it indicated it was most recent already (tempted to do again regardless) but checking if anyone had any insight. Oh - and CPU never tapped at more than 60% at any time.

What are your system specs and what is your set-up for streaming?
60% seems pretty high for SD capture and streaming with vMix.

Currently the laptop I'm on is i5@2.76ghz 8gb ram.

I just did a test with everything at 640x360 - streaming/recording and cpu is 30-35% with vmix/ffmpeg combined. I'm seeing frames dropped (under Source) in vmix statistics with each web browser usage instance. This isn't happening when using same dimensions/bit rate within FMLE. Admittedly it's somewhat small but as nothing else connected to usb ports - think it's a bit odd.

Intel HD Graphics (not seeing any specific model per device manager/dxdiag.exe). This also happened on my work computer which has an nvidia graphics card (not sure model as I'm not there).
