We are running a small web studio setup to broadcast a live show that is still in the tuning phase.

Our setup -
PC1: vMix to Adobe Flash media encoder
PC2: Red5 rtmp server
both pc's have p7 cpu's, 16gig ram, ss hard drive, and a creative sound card with I/O Interface on the vMix unit.
3 Logitec 920c webcams and condenser mics to an 8 channel mix board.
So far we have had no audio/video synch problems and are achieving about a 2-3 sec. delay from studio to webpage.
We will be adding a dveo transmuxer next week to serve to mobile devices.
We had a budget and a time frame and so far have met both.

We will be airing two shows on Thursdays to dial everything in, from 12pm pst to 2pm pst.
