Hi There-
I'm new to Vmix and absolutely love its flexibility (I'm transitioning from a Black Magic hardware solution).
For years I've been using Dante AVIO devices for inputs and outputs using Dante VIA. I set up Vmix to use the Dante devices with the proper routing and buses in Vmix and all went great during my tests.
My first show had a call in guest, and before the live stream, the host mic started distorting (like a digital distortion). I closed Vmix and relaunched it and it functioned normally again.
During the show, the monitor speaker bus, which was muted, emitted a test tone for about one second, and then the host monitor IFB went silent. This occurred while the guest was talking and asked in YouTube chat if they could hear the guest and they said yes so program audio functioned correctly.
The IFB returned to normal operation after about one minute of being muted.
Any thoughts on what could cause this? This is a beefy i9, maxed memory, Nvidia 9800 GTX. I have had lots of audio devices on there, should I perhaps disable those drivers?
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks! Matt
