Thanks: 2 times
I can´t get the commentary of YouTube in vmix social. No Problems on Facebook.
When I try to log in with vmix social "YouTube" account it says "The user is not enabled for livestreaming" - but I am livestreaming. So this message is not true. I was trying it on different channels - but everytime I got the same message.
So I don´t know if I´m doing something wrong or if there is an error on vmix-social.
I´m working with the latest version of vmix.
Any ideas? Help? Or do other people have the same problem?

Hi,

To access comments on a YouTube video, you must login with the account that owns the YouTube channel.
It is not possible to login to a separate account, even if you have given that account access to the channel on YouTube.

This is a limitation of the YouTube API, so the only way around this is to use the owner account of the YouTube channel
and make sure during the login process to specifically select the YouTube channel to login to.

Regards,

Martin
