Martin, My recommendation is that you add support for .mov and .mp4 aphla images into the Title Designer than to use the Microsoft's Expression Blend because it is to complex to make it in there and those who like to use adobe after effects, premiere pro or other media production softwares can export it into your title designer. This will make life easier.
Hope this will come in the early New Year.

I think if this was possible, we would have seen it by now...
Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think it's easily attainable if at all. There has long been a cry for dynamic motion lower thirds and better flash support for products like CasparCG (I think its getting closer) but for the time being it is what it is.
