First I'll apologize. I don't know if this is the proper forum topic, but I get the Windows (11) "Blue Screen of Death" during use when running vMix, but is extremely frustrating when I am doing a live show. There seems to be no rhyme or reason when it happens. I can go days and weeks with no occurrence. Below is the error code from the Windows Viewer Error Log. Any assistance, whether here or if I could be pointed in the right direction is greatly appreciated!
Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM Date: 10/25/2023 4:29:20 PM Event ID: 10016 Task Category: None Level: Warning Keywords: Classic User: JEFFSASUS\me Computer: JeffsAsus Description: The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user JeffsAsus\me SID (S-1-5-21-774525108-126498886-4053352964-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). After a BSOD, you can run WhoCrashed to see which device in particular caused it: https://www.resplendence.com/whocrashedIt is likely coinciding with vMix use, if you have certain hardware that is not used or heavily stressed when vMix is not running such as capture cards or the GPU.
