I have been testing the Zoom integration in the vMix 27 Preview release and while I can get Zoom feeds to go to the dedicated four NDI outputs, however if I enable the "Cameras / Calls / Audio Inputs" option in the next section instead, I do not get those inputs as NDI sources.
Would it be possible to add support for Zoom inputs to the "Cameras / Calls / Audio Inputs" feature so that we don't have to burn the dedicated NDI outputs for Zoom use?

No, unfortunately for technical and performance reasons there will not be a direct NDI output option available for Zoom inputs in vMix.
If you require using raw Zoom sources elsewhere over NDI, then you will need to look at a dedicated solution like Zoom ISO or Zoom Rooms.
