How to auto fade out Audio Overlay?

I play Songs for a show with an overlay. While audio fade in trigger is working, fade out trigger doesn't work because the overlayout is just finished.

What is the best way to fade the audio out automatically?

I use the webscripting to send both an overlay out command and an audio fade command with the same timings.
