I downloaded the vmix 27 preview. It took me to the payment section but has no options fro my Pro upgrade...Simple thing that has me lost

What you want is an upDate not an upGrade. Check again.

Are you saying you want to upgrade to Pro or that you have Pro? If you have Pro, then, as noted, there's nothing to upgrade to and you simply want to buy the updates. If you want to upgrade to Pro (from 4K or below), that's a separate option. Either way, both are shown in the same place. Go to https://account.vmix.com/order/, select "Upgrade Existing vMix License" and then enter your license key. You'll be shown upgrade options (if you don't already have Pro, which is the top tier), as well as the "vMix Update (12 Months)" option. Simply select the one you want (if you have Pro already, the 12 month update will be the only option available) and click the "Buy Now" button. EDIT: If you're not already logged in to your vMix account, you'll have to go to https://account.vmix.com and log in first. You can navigate to https://account.vmix.com/order/
