is this card supported?
From the list seems to be not supported
but i hope it's only because it's not used so much.

It's in the supported list, just like all the Decklink Cards from Blackmagic:

"DeckLink Series Up to 4x HD-SDI (DeckLink Quad) PCI Express Slot (x1, x4)"
