OLD versions of software on HD - Is it safe to delete the older version of software off the hard drive?

My hard drive is filling up and I noticed yesterday I have four versions of the Vmix, each are over 500 GB. I can see when I start Vmix which version of software is in use. Can I delete the other three to free up hard drive space? Safely?

DIfferent directory? then uninstall them
