I'm not the most tech savvy person, but my 4-port Sonet Echo Express SE-1 TB3 shows up in my Thunderbolt control center, but when I'm on vmix it will not let me select it as an input. It is like vMix doesn't see it at all.

What's the actual capture card, given that the "Echo Express SE-1" is just the expansion chassis? Does the capture card show up correctly in Windows device manager?
