HLS with integrated VLC-Player => huge latency (over 60 seconds)

Hello everybody,
I have an issue with an HLS stream (https://..../stream.m3u8) as input. For that, do we have to use VLC as the Stream Type, or am I wrong? My problem is that the latency is ridiculously huge, above 60 seconds, which is not usable for me. Are you experiencing the same issue? What could be the reason behind it? How can we fix it?
I conducted a test by playing the HLS stream on a separate laptop using VLC player. The laptop did not have vMix installed or in use. There was no latency issue observed with VLC player on the laptop. This suggests that the latency problem is not related to the VLC player, but rather specific to the vMix setup.
Currently, we're using WebBrowser-Input as a workaround.
Best regards, Floh
