Elgato Facecam Pro 4K specs look very good for a vMix desktop setup.

However, I’m having trouble getting a signal. It’s showing as a camera input option, blue light shows on camera when selected, but no signal appears.
(Regular Elgato Facecam (HD) works fine.)

Elgato Virtual Facecam does show up as an input choice, but when selected framerate drops to about 5fps.

Does anyone have any experience of connecting this up?
