I know a worker who has this for cheap. Grab it or run away?

I'm going to do a INTEL CORE I3-12100F and GTX 1060 Super build and then he told me he had this.

@ TechDad

The Ryzen 5 5600 is definitely better than the i3-12100F for vMix.
The AMD RX6600 is a good card and will work with vMix, only vMix is not optimized for its use (such as the Hardware Encoder support) and so you will not get as good performance compared to a comparable GTX NVIDIA card.

We only run 2 1080p cameras for our FB live stream. How much of a difference would the Hardware Encoder support make?
