bonjour à tous
J'utilise cette carte sur Vmix
Lorsque je l'utilise avec un signal entrant en 1080P50i tout fonctionne mais lorsque je fais entrer un signal 1080PsF25 ça ne fonctionne plus. alors que la carte accepte ce format.
Si j'utilise Media express de blackmagic ça fonctionne et si j'utilise une carte DeckLink Mini ça fonctionne aussi sur Vmix.
Ce qui ne fonctionne pas c'est donc Vmix et la decklink quad 2 en 25psF25
quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème ?

Oui j ai déjà envoyé un message au service client.
Pas de réponse pour le moment.
Et rien trouvé sur les forums.
Je suis peut-être le premier à avoir ce problème... je ne serai même pas surpris 😁

What is the error message you get?
Typically, a problem with Decklink cards and vMix will be that either the camera is not sending the frame rate and resolution you have selected in vMix or the device is being used elsewhere in Windows.
Sometimes you need to re-boot Windows to clear any “conflicts” possibly occurring with the device and vMix.

I haven't error message.
Just not video with this card and same video ok with an other blackmagic card.
But when i try another programme with the same source it's ok...

personne n'est équipé pour tester ce problème chez lui ?
Aucun salarié de Vmix pour me donner une piste ?
