Crashing on export to MP4

I record football games and replay all the tries. When i attempt to export these clips into the mp4 format- it crashes every time. I will get a blue spinning circle (windows?) for about half a second and then vmix will shut down. This is whether I select one clip to export or many.
If i export to the vmix avi option (i think thats what its called) it exports fine no problems at all - even 100 clips. Unfortunately - i really need these individual clips in mp4 format.
I have done this for the last several years and it has always worked without a hitch. The last two events I have recorded - I have been totally unable to export. I re-open after the crash and get the same result every time. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

I am trying to do exactly the same thing, with the same results, except I am getting an error message that says, "Value does not fall within the expected range" for a moment before vMix crashes. I am also hoping someone has an idea about how to fix this.

Make sure that your "Configure Instant Replay" playback audio source is valid or "follow."
