This is apparently caused by using an SRT input. If the SRT input isn't in the configuration or if the SRT camera has been turned off then vMix will shutdown with no issues but with a live SRT camera vMix refuses to close. The interface will be non-responsive and Task Manager will have to be used to kill vMix. Note that vMix shows substantial Network usage in Task Manager so I have to assume that whatever is processing the SRT input is not responding to the "shutdown".

Hello, It seems that when using an SRT input in vMix, there is an issue with the software shutting down properly. If the SRT input is not in the configuration or if the SRT camera is turned off, vMix shuts down without any problems. However, when a live SRT camera is being used, vMix becomes unresponsive and needs to be forcefully closed using Task Manager. This issue may be related to the processing of the SRT input not properly responding to the shutdown command. www.homebargains.co.uk
