Hello everyone I have to assemble a new PC.
I already have 2 NVIDIA 1660 Super
I would like to use these 2 cards.
VMIX use Multigpu/SLI or could there be problems?

Is better to use only one GPU , vMix is not optimized for multigpu and a 1660 super has 6Gb that is twice the minimum requirement of 3 Gb.

In my opinion , to sell both GPU and Buy a rtx 3060 12Gb with a little additional contribution would be a good thing.

That's only if you place it where they both have to share the same PCIe bandwidth. It really depends on the motherboard in the system and how well that motherboard supports I/O.

Also be aware that M.2 SSD drives may end up sharing that same bandwidth so you want to build your system in such a fashion that bandwidth sharing is only occurring with devices that be able to coexist without saturating the bandwidth they share.

NHT is essentially correct.
vMix has to process and render everything in as close to "real-time" as possible.
Unlike video gaming or render farm scenarios, vMix has no way of knowing what is "around the next corner" because that data isn't stored anywhere, the bulk of the data being processed is "fresh" or LIVE, as such, if you have two cards, that data has to be shared across both cards first before it is properly allocated for processing and rendering, which takes more time than if you only have one GPU, so there is no benefit to having two graphics cards with software like vMix as it actually hinders performance.
