hi all, I'm wanting to upgrade my computer to run vMix and I have a budget of £2,700 and I've looked that the reference systems and I've asked a friend to help build one with me and he has informed me that the system referenced on the website is out-of-date and doesn't recommend purchasing.
Therefore I am completely confused what to purchase now. I have the following idea as to what I want to purchase (below) but I can't find if the motherboard or the Graphic card supports the Resizable Bar, and Windows 11.
ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO, LGA 1700 ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti OC Edition Gaming Graphics Card Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S2T0) Intel Core 13th Generation i9-13900 Corsair RM850x SHIFT Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 64GB Corsair H100x RGB ELITE Liquid CPU Cooler Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2
Or using the old reference system by vMix:
GIGABYTE X299 AORUS Master Intel LGA 2066/E-ATX/3xM2/Dual Intel LAN/ESS CPU Intel Core i9-10900X 2066 Cascade BX Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S2T0) CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V Desktop Memory ASUS ROG Strix LC NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Gaming Graphics Card Corsair H100x RGB ELITE Liquid CPU Cooler Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2
Any advice would help. Thanks in advance.

@ Simsiuk How many Capture Cards are you planning to use? The X299 MB with 10th gen i9 has up to 48 PCIe lanes and will allow for up to 3 x8 Capture cards + GPU at full 16 lanes. The Z690 MB with 13th gen i9 has up to 20 PCIe lanes and will allow for only 1 x8 Capture card + GPU at 8 lanes. ?t=447 Ice
