I need to install a new pc to run vmix with 3 SDI cameras. (System is replacing OBS with 2 cameras) - Case - Corsair 4000D Airflow Case
Processor - Intel Core i7-12700K - Core i7 12th Gen Alder Lake 12-Core
Motherboard - ASUS Prime Z690-P WiFi D4 LGA 1700(Intel® 12th&13th Gen) ATX motherboard (PCIe 5.0,DDR4,14+1 Power Stages,3x M.2, WiFi 6,Bluetooth v5.2,2.5Gb LAN, front panel USB 3.2 Gen 1 USB Type-C)
Memory - G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Memory Kit Model F4-3200C16D-16GIS

What frame rate and resolution will you be running the cameras at?
Also, what will your output(s) be?
The Decklink Duo only has 2 ports. I'm assuming you're looking at a Duo 2 (which has 4 ports)?
Depending on your resolution the 1660 may not be enough. Generally speaking, a GPUs performance in vMix can be measured by the number of parallel processing cores. (Nvidia calls these cuda cores.) The 1660 has ~1400 cuda cores which puts it right between a 1060 and a 1070.
I've run 6 1080@59.94 cameras on a 1070ti (which has 2400 cuda cores) but it would probably struggle with much more or at 4k.

We run three (occasionally 4) camera at 1080p50 with a GTX1660Ti, with no problem.
We did use Blackmagic Decklink Duo but found it really finicky about video formats, so switched to a Magewell Pro Capture Quad SDI which is rather expensive but just works.
